1 Work must be credited somewhere in Bio - @shes_eee2 Do not reproduce, trace, or recolour3 Refunds can only be issued before I have started working on it, please be positive of your commission4 If I am unable to provide updates within a month, your commission will be refunded5 There will be two free major changes prior to the finalization of the L2D model draft. Once the draft is approved, any further requests will come with additional fees.6 There will be no revisions for L2D model illustrations once the rigging has started unless it is for additional toggles. RIGGING

  LIVE2D     MODEL PACKAGE

GENERAL

1 I have the right to reject your commission.2 Prices are BASE prices, meaning more details/animations/characters/backgrounds WILL COST MORE.3 Either one of us can cancel the commission before any payment is made.4 Please do not come to me if you would like done art in someone else's style or for me to replicate another artist's style.5 Please provide full and clear references. I will not work based on descriptions.6 I DO NOT DRAW: heavy armor. mecha, old people, realistic people, furries (kenomimi ok), men very well, (I can try but most likely not), gore/horror.

PAYMENT

1 All payments will be made via PayPal.2 Payments are due before any work is started.

REVISIONS

1 Unlimited revisions available before base color/lineart stage.2 Max 3 revisions after color/lineart stage.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

1 Deadlines will be approved on case-by-case.2 Delivery time can take up to one year.3 Do not order if you are not able to wait.

USE

1 Personal use only unless commercial fees are applied.2 Commercial fees include promo for streams, schedules, and appearance on stream.3 Commercial does not imply retweeting the artwork or using it as profile picture/banner on social media websites.4 You must always credit me (oppabo) when using the artwork.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

1 AI use is prohibited.2 Artwork rights belong to me unless you purchase merch rights.3 You may not use the sketch/wip to contact another artist for them to finish.

REFUNDS

1 Full refund available before any sketch is sent.2 Full refund is available only in the case I am unable to finish your artwork.3 Full refund will automatically be made after one year.4 You forfeit 50% of your payment if you cancel after lineart is complete.

COMMUNICATION

1 Please do not DM me to ask for updates everyday, but you are welcome to ask for updates weekly if you'd like.2 I will send updates for my workflow as follows (if applicable):
Concept stage > Sketch > Lineart/base colors > Render > Background* > Finished product.

RIGGING

GENERAL

1 I may stream the rigging process or post WIPs on social media at any time. If you want your model to remain a secret, please let me know.2 Commissions are not first come first serve. I reserve the right to choose if I want to rig your model or not.3 I will delete your model files after a period of time, so please keep your files backed up and safe.4 I do not provide the project files for your model.5 Commercial use is included in the final price.6 Do not use any of my work for anything related to NFTs.7 You must inform me if you intend on selling a model that I rigged.8 I do not keep a waitlist. I only accept commissions one, or two at a time, so please keep a look out on my twitter for commission openings if you wish to work with me.

PAYMENT

1 Payment shall be made via PayPal invoice only.2 Payments shall be made in GBP (£) only.3 The customer should pay the total commission cost upfront.4 The commission will only be started after the payment has been received.5 I do not offer payment plans at the moment.

REFUNDS

1 Once the commission has been started, refunds are not possible at any point.2 I hold the right to cancel and refund your order at any time.3 In the event that I cancel the commission, you will be refunded in full.4 You may not issue a chargeback for any reason. Purposefully doing so will put you on a blacklist.

PROCESS

1 Due to personal circumstances I cannot work on very tight deadlines. If you have a deadline, please let me know BEFORE we finalize the commission so I can work out if I can work within your deadline or not.2 Please note that the more add-ons you have, the longer the commission will take.3 Your model must be ready to rig and cut to the standards I prefer. I will check over your PSD before accepting the commission.4 If there are fixes that need to be done regarding the PSD, you should be prepared to pass the information on to the artist, or put me in contact with the artist directly.5 You will be asked to fill out a google form regarding the details of your model after I accept the commission.6 I will send you regular WIPs in the form of videos and files to test your model at significant milestones.7 After the rig is finished, I will do my best to help you optimize your tracking settings.8 Myself and the client agree to maintain communication and notify each other of any delays or concerns.

1 It's important to give honest feedback each time a WIP is sent to you so I can do my best to change it to your satisfaction.2 I will make small changes to the finished model such as imperfections, mistakes, or things that have been missed.3 I will not make large changes to the finished model. They should be communicated when earlier WIPs are sent to you.4 I am not responsible for things you don't like about the finished model if you fail to provide feedback.

* Simple expressions include blush, star eyes etc. Expressions that don't require other parts of the face or body to be rigged or lightly animated e.g pounding heart eyes.
** Complex expressions include expressions that require multiple parts of the face/body to be rigged.
*** We will need to discuss the animated expressions to make sure that it is within my skillset. Please don't assume I can do everything ^^;

ANIMATION

I prefer for the art to be pre-cut and ready for animating. But, depending on the complexity of the art, I may be able to cut it for an extra cost. However the background must always be on a separate layer.
